The Fordon Logistic Company with seat in Kiev has been founded in October 2005. The companies long term strategy is to develop and to drive a national wide infrastructure of state of art logistic parks and to combine  those assets driven by high standard international know how towards an excellent Supply chain management company which will provide  outstanding service towards 3rd parties transnational and international wide.

In the context of the overall project warehouses will be set up at 5 locations (partial in combination with Container terminals). In a first step a new class A Warehouse of 30 000 m² will be opened in Kiev at the end of  2007- beginning of 2008. Besides an approx. 50.000 m² large warehouse will be built in Odessa at the end of 2008. Food (frozen, fresh, produce and ambient) as well as non food (e.g. consumer electronics, cigarettes etc) will be handled in this warehouses.

This new environment will allow the Ukraine market to develop the international as well as the transnational good flow towards the level Ukraine is bound for. The ideal strategic location of Ukraine between the CIS and the new formed European block and the developing infrastructure will make this market much more attractive for further transport strategies within this part of the world.

Fordon’s interests in South-East Asia are provided by Permanent Representative Office in Shanghai, the office was created in July, 2006. Its activity allows the company to decide tasks for our regional clients operatively and effectively. The international team of specialists of Shanghai Representative Office supports permanent contacts with the leading cargo transportation companies and the largest logistic companies of the region.
